Hello Gardeners,
Sometimes after I get tucked into bed, I start to think about all sorts of scary things and I don't want to fall asleep.I know I am tired but I don't like being alone in the dark. Please help me turn my weed into a seed!
Dear Gardener Leah,
Falling asleep on your own can be a big weed for gardeners of all ages! The wonderful news is there are lots of gardening tools you can try to help you fall asleep and wake up feeling rested! One of our favorites is called "Count Your Flowers". All you have to do is anytime you feel scared think of all the things that you are grateful for and things that make you happy, like your family, your friends, playing games...Think of as many things as you can and if you start to fell scared again, keep counting more flowers.
