-Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or your favorite salty spices

-Slice stale bagels into thin chips
-Drizzle with 2tbsps of melted butter and toss
-Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes until they turn golden brown. Note if you are only using one cookie sheet they will cook faster around 10-12 minutes and 2 cookie sheets will take about 12-15 minutes.
Store your bagel chips and/or croutons in airtight container for up to weeks.
