How to Play:

  1. Gather participants in a circle or small group.

  2. One at a time, each person pulls a slip of paper from the Gardening Tool Grab Bag.

  3. They read the tool aloud and share:

    • How they think it helps a gardener grow Confidence, Creativity, or Calm.

    • A time they used (or could use) this tool in their own life.

  4. After discussing, they can choose to act it out or give an example of how to use the tool.

  5. Continue until everyone has had a turn, then reflect as a group on which tools they found most useful.

Reflection Questions:

  • Which gardening tool do you use the most? Which one would you like to use more?

  • How do these tools help keep our gardens (minds) healthy?

  • What are some other tools we can add to the grab bag?
