Materials Needed For Flowers Emotions Wheel:

Thick White Paper

Markers

Scissors

Brass Tack

2 Circular Objects

This is a wonderful tool to use at home and in the classroom to help kids practice identifying their feelings and getting comfortable with them. Using these flowers wheels is a gentle way to help you make sense of your feelings and find positive tools to grow through them.

'Gardening Tools' (healthy & positive ways to manage stress) help you cope with emotions and can have a lot of benefit.

Using a Flower Emotion Wheel or other 'gardening tools' to identify and understand challenging emotions often makes it easier to process them in healthy ways.

Gardener Kelsey's Tips:

-Don’t have thick paper? Computer paper will do just fine!

-Make sure you have at least 8 different color markers available so that every emotion/gardening tool can have its own color.

-You can make this bigger or smaller - depending on the size of your circular object.
