🌮 Ingredients:

  • Flour tortillas (we charred ours on the burner—this technique is for grown-up, experienced gardeners only!)

  • Chicken (we air-fried ours with a spicy rub and a drizzle of hot sauce, but you can use grilled or baked chicken)

  • Queso fresco or cotija cheese, crumbled

  • Thinly sliced radishes

  • Shredded red cabbage

  • Chunks of avocado

  • Salsa verde

  • Pomegranate seeds (for a fun, tart pop of flavor!)

  • Hot sauce (optional)

  • Fresh lime wedges (for drizzling, optional)

🌿 Directions:

  1. Prepare the chicken – If air-frying, season with your favorite spicy rub, cook until crispy, then toss in a little hot sauce for an extra kick! If grilling or baking, season and cook to your preference.

  2. Char the tortillas – For a smoky, restaurant-style finish, carefully char the tortillas over an open flame (grown-up gardeners only!). You can also warm them in a dry pan.

  3. Assemble your tacos – Layer your tortillas with the cooked chicken, crumbled cheese, radishes, shredded cabbage, avocado, salsa verde, and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.

  4. Drizzle and enjoy – Add hot sauce and fresh lime juice to taste!
